James L. Reese, III (born December 5, 1968) is a former American football coach. He was the 19th head football coach for the Tennessee State University Tigers located in Nashville, Tennessee and he held that position for five seasons, from 2000 until 2004. His career coaching record at Tennessee State was 24 wins, 33 losses, and 0 ties. As of the conclusion of the 2007 season, this ranks him sixth at Tennessee State in total wins and 15th at Tennessee State in winning percentage (.421).[1]
